Overview

The SDGs Center Unsoed website is an institutional platform developed for Universitas Jenderal Soedirman to support its Tridharma mission. The center promotes knowledge and research related to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), bringing together education, research, and community engagement under one digital home with the theme "Integrated Beyond Unsoed."

Background

To strengthen its contribution to sustainable development and community welfare, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman established the SDGs Center as a hub for knowledge, research, and collaboration. The platform was designed to publish information, showcase programs and publications, and make the center more accessible to academics, partners, and the wider public.

What I Built

  • Developed a responsive public website to present the center profile, programs, news, and SDG-related publications.

  • Built a React frontend that communicates with a Laravel backend through a RESTful API using Axios.

  • Designed a MySQL database to manage articles, programs, documents, and information related to the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Implemented a content management workflow that enables administrators to update news, publications, and resources without modifying code.

  • Created clean and accessible user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui, ensuring a consistent experience across devices.

Outcome
